Happy Saturday everyone!
We are just one week away from our summer beach holiday.
To be fair, London felt more like Spain or Italy over the past 10 days or so, what with the heatwave and everything.
Great for the kids who got to spend their days in the paddling pool over at the Victoria and Albert Museum.
Not so much for yours truly, who was spending his days trying to clear the slate and “de-risk” the time away.
Which leaves me longing for just two things this weekend:
#1: A solid session in the gym
#2: A nice, cold beer on my terrace
Have a wonderful weekend all – and here are some top-quality reads to get it started:

Effective Vacancy Management In Your Property Portfolio
Building Wealth
Two Truths About Inflation – Bunker Riley

Recommended Books
As always, let’s finish off with some top-notch books for that summer beach holiday.
By the way, did you get that Kindle for your trip yet?
